Frequently Asked Questions
  • When do practices start?: Fields are typically turned over to KIYSL for our use on August 1st. First practice will depend on the coach's schedule.
  • Can I volunteer to coach?: Absolutely, we are always looking for coaches. Click the Volunteer button under registration to sign up!
  • When will I be notified of placement?: Usually during the last week of July you will get an email with team information. Your coach should contact you after that with additional information.
  • Can I pay with a check?: Yes, but we will have to register you manually. Contact us at webmaster@kiysl.org or come to an in-person sign up (Thurs May 20 & Wed Jun 9, 6-8 pm, Old Love Point Park Concessions Stand)
  • We have multiple kids in a division...: They will be placed on the same team. The only exception to this is late registrations may not be placed on the same team if space isn't available for all of them.
  • Is there a sibling discount?: Sorry, we do not offer a sibling discount, our prices are really low as it is.
  • Can my kid play up... or down?: Unfortunately, no. Kids are required to play in their age division. Size or maturity doesn't change that rule. The only exception we have had to that was a boy with down syndrome a few years ago.
